What it is
King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard are a rock band from Melbourne, Australia. They put out five albums in 2017 alone, and their records move between genres: "Gaia," from Omnium Gatherum (2022), is heavy and thrash-flavored. They released Polygondwanaland (2017) free, posting the master files so fans could press their own copies. Field of Vision is their own festival, and they put out official live bootlegs on Bandcamp, Live at Field of Vision II '26 among them.
